GENERAL- You are only buying a digital file, not printed art.
- I have the right to decline your order if I feel like I am unable to fulfill your expectations.
- The commissions are not to be printed, resold, multiplied nor used in any way that could bring income unless agreed otherwise.
- The prices you see are just the base. They may change depending on the complexity of the commission.COPYRIGHT & USAGE- You may not claim the authorship of the artwork itself. I claim all the rights of the commissioned artwork.
- You are not allowed to alter / edit the artwork without my consent.
- If you post/use the commissioned artwork anywhere, please credit me by tagging me. ( @miruzuya / miruzuya)As the client you may:- Use the commission for any personal usage like profile pictures etc.
- You may print the commission for your personal use (single copy).As the artist I may:- Post the commission online, unless there’s a due date (eg. birthdays, release date), then I will wait accordingly.
- Use your commission as a visual example for future commissions and catalogue.COMMERCIAL USE & LICENSEThe commission may be used in the type of commercial use that was agreed on.- 2x price: Promotional Material / Streaming Assets (Twitch, Youtube, Website, Vtuber branding)
- 3x price: Merch (Printed Goods)PRIORITY COMMISSION- Optionally, you can order a priority commission which enables you to skip the waitlist and get the commission done by a deadline.
- The priority fee is 70% of the final price. The optional commercial fee will not be included into this calculation.PAYMENTThe payment is made through Stripe invoice. Please specify in the commission form if Stripe is not possible with you and you would prefer Paypal.- Prices are in EURO.
- Payment is in advance.PROCESS- The commission will be started only after the full payment has been made.
- Personal commissions are being drawn in the same order they were ordered at.
- The commission may take up to 3 months max to be finished, depending on many factors such as other commercial commissions and the order of commissions. In case of any delays due to health problems etc. you will get notified.
- You will receive a draft sketch for approval. Afterward, you will get a cleaner draft for second approval. Please list all the changes when receiving these sketches. If everything is approved I will proceed to finish the artwork.
- After receiving the final product, I will only make small changes like colors and details if you wish for them.
- As an exception YCH commissions will not have a WIP of the sketch phase as previously mentioned. The only possible changes for YCH commissions are slight color changes.REFUNDS- You may cancel the commission without any charges, if the payment hasn’t been made yet.
- You may request a refund, if the commission hasn’t yet been started 3 months after ordering.
- The commission is **NOT **refundable once I’ve started working on it (sketch).
- If I am suddenly unable to continue your order, I will provide a full refund.SPECIFIC TO LIVE2D MODELS
USAGE & RIGHTS- You may use the commission for any personal usage like profile pictures etc.
- You may not post the original full-sized .PSD/png file online.
- You must credit me as your model artist in socials/streaming platforms bio.
- I do not allow additional outfits to be added to the model by another artist.
- You may not modify the model yourself nor order anyone else to edit it. The only exception is the rigger when working on the model.
- I have the right to use your commission as a visual example for future commissions and catalogue.
- You do not claim the authorship of the artwork itself.PROCESS- After confirming the order, I will ask you to gather all model information and requests in a Google document.
- The commission will be started only after the invoice payment has been made.
- I will first send you the sketch to approve. You must apply most crucial corrections during this phase. I will be sending updates from there on from time to time.
- Changing the whole design/concept is not possible once I start linearting.
- You will receive the full-sized illustration without a watermark, .PSD file with all elements being rig-ready.
